Bosch Rexroth AG says that it is planning to buy Cologne, Germany-based Interlit Joistgen GmbH, a developer or cooling and lubrication systems for machine tools. The purchase price remains confidential and is subject to antitrust approval. Drive and control supplier Bosch will also acquire associated production company MSG Maschinen-und Stahlbau GmbH, based in Joachimsthal, Germany. In 2007, Interlit Joistgen achieved a turnover of over €13 million with a workforce of about 20 employees, while MSG’s turnover was around €7 million.

The company will cover cooling and lubrication supply and swarf removal technologies in addition to add to hydraulic, pneumatic and electric supply.
