Dover Corporation has formed a US$300 million Pump Solutions Group (PSG). This grouping joins its major legacy brands, Wilden, Blackmer, with Griswold and Almatec to form a pump organization with broad array of pump technologies totaling over US$300 million in annualized revenue. The PSG resides within Dover’s Fluid Solution platform.

The PSG’s hand has been further strengthened with the acquisition of the Neptune Chemical Pump Company, a manufacturer of chemical metering pumps, chemical feed systems and peripheral products with emphasis on water and waste water treatment. Other major applications include agricultural, food and beverage, and laboratory use.

The PSG features the world’s largest manufacturer of air operated double diaphragm pumps (Wilden) and the largest provider of sliding vane pumps (Blackmer). Griswold is a centrifugal pump manufacturer and Almatec a provider of pumps for semiconductor and electronics markets.visit
